I’ll help you get your sleep, and create a peaceful home with your kids.

As a mom of 3, I’ve been through it all. The sleepless nights that felt endless, the shouting I instantly regretted, and constantly second guessing myself when it came to my kiddos’ sleep or behaviour. I completely get everything you’re feeling, and I wished I had someone to walk me through everything I needed to know as a parent!

I’ve always believed that sleep is fundamental to our health and well-being. But after I had my first child, that became obvious for the whole family. As a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, and Certified Parenting Coach, I know just how intertwined sleep and behaviour are.

The good news is, the process doesn’t have to be the painful experience you’ve probably anticipated. I’m a dedicated hockey mom in the HRM, who would rather be active outdoors than anywhere else. I know when to give you that necessary push so you can see what you’re capable of, and when to create space for you to own your feelings. It’s a delicate balance, but that’s exactly what you’ll see in my coaching programs! Keeping you accountable to go after what you thought was out of reach, but also being a safe place for vulnerability.

Bringing a new baby home is the most exciting, nerve-racking thing I’ve ever done. I have 2 littles, and every time I think we’re smooth sailing, it changes!

As an expectant mom, my biggest fear was how I would function on little sleep. I toughed through the first few months like most mothers do; sleep deprived, endless cups of coffee, and dry shampoo. I found myself nursing, bouncing, and praying he would fall back asleep. My strategy wasn’t exactly reliable.

There’s so much conflicting sleep advice out there, and it became clear to me that if we wanted to help our baby sleep, our best bet would be a sleep consultant we could trust. We contacted Lindsay and she turned it all around for us. The shift in our lives was unmistakable.

I was so passionate about sharing the good news, that I decided to become a Certified Sleep Consultant myself! I’m a teacher at heart, and when I’m not helping families get their rest, you’ll find me with my loved ones, at the beach, or wrapped up by a cozy fire.
